🟢 Open Positions:

**Part-time and full-time positions are available.

• Strategy Consultants: Guide high school students through college preparation and assist seniors with the college application process. Strong writing skills are preferred to support students in crafting impactful applications.
• Essay Consultants: Help students develop compelling personal statements and other college essays, ensuring their unique stories shine through.
• Senior Strategy Consultants (full-time only): Manage team operations, train and evaluate consultants, and maintain quality standards while working with select students. Leadership experience and strong organizational skills preferred to support team growth and excellence.

✅ Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university.
